If you would like to see a breakdown of payments recorded against your invoice, you can view the Invoice Transactions section.
- Log in to Opus using your Parent account.
- Navigate to the relevant invoice from the Opus homepage.
- Open the invoice by clicking on it.
- Scroll down to the Invoice Transactions section at the bottom of the page.
- Here you will see a list of all payments recorded against this invoice, including the date, amount, payment method, and any reference provided.
NB: If you have made a payment and it does not yet appear in the transactions list, please allow time for the office team to record it, or contact them directly for assistance.
